Opening a Pro-Fast Painting Franchise does not have to cost a fortune. Pro-Fast Painting has created a unique system which allows you to start off with a limited investment while maintaining unlimited upside potential. A low-cost Pro-Fast Franchisee can be set up for as little as $25,000 down (See Section 5 “Initial Fees” of the Franchise Disclosure Document”).
The residential painting program has immediate results. Often the timeline between initial contact and job completion is just a few weeks. Since payment is upon job completion, it is not unusual to record revenue right out of the gate.
With this program, we gradually teach you how to build a small commercial customer base as well. Your entry into the commercial arena will be carefully orchestrated to make sure that you have good paying customers with manageable jobs.
